Operations Director

Christian has always been an entrepreneur, working on his skills from his years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Working in real estate, Christian has created his own company, Upbound Investments, selling over 50 houses personally before joining our equity team. Since joining Encore Capital in January 2020, Christian has made his mission to grow Encore Capital’s diversified investment portfolio with high returns and low risk to investors. As the Operations Director of Encore Equity, Encore Capital’s Acquisition side, Christian’s role in the company is not limited to only investments, but ensuring that Encore works to build a family environment with growth for every client.
